
How a Session Works
Simple, gentle, and paced for your comfort

Overview
I offer two formats:

Reiki (45–90 min)
-
Reiki + Shamanic Journey combo (90 min; journey is optional)
Both of them generally include sound healing through singing bowl, chanting, and guided meditation (this is also optional)
Before your session

Wear comfortable clothes; have water nearby.

Remote: quiet space, headphones, blanket, and a place to recline or sit.

Set one intention (e.g., “sleep more deeply,” “ease anxiety,” “find comfort”).
Step by step (in person)

Arrive and check‑in (5–10 min) — goals and comfort preferences.

Get settled (2–3 min) — fully clothed, table or seated.

Reiki (30–60 min) — light touch or hands‑off, tailored to you.

Optional journey (15–30 min, combo only) — gentle drum/rattle or silence; always at your pace.

Integration (10–15 min) — what you noticed + simple practices for home.
Step by step (online)

Same structure via Zoom. You relax with headphones; I guide the session.

I’ll message when we begin and end the Reiki segment; camera can be on or off.
For pregnancy, recovery, and end‑of‑life

We adapt position, sound, pace, and touch to your needs.

A caregiver may be present if helpful.
After your session (24–48 hours)

Expect deeper rest, lighter mood, or gentle emotional release.

Hydrate, keep plans light, try a short walk, and notice your breath.

You can pause, change, or stop at any time.
