- Payments: processed by Wix Payments/Stripe/PayPal (we don’t store card data).

Why we use data (legal bases)
- Provide services and manage bookings (contract).
- Respond to inquiries and operate the site (legitimate interests).
- Take payments and keep accounts (legal obligation/contract).
- Send updates/marketing (consent; you can withdraw anytime).

Sharing and processors
We use trusted providers as processors:
- Wix (website, hosting, bookings, payments)
- Gmail/ Substack (email provider)
- Google Analytics 4 (analytics, Consent Mode)
- Meta (Facebook) for marketing pixels (with consent)
These providers process data on our behalf under data‑processing agreements.
International transfers
Data may be processed outside the EEA with safeguards (e.g., SCCs by Wix/Google/Meta).
Retention
Bookings/transactions: 5–7 years (accounting). Forms/emails: as needed or until you request deletion. Analytics: per tool settings.

Overview
These Terms govern your use of laurawhitebeyond.com and bookings with Laura White Beyond. By booking, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Reiki and Reiki + shamanic journey sessions and packages (Oslo and online). Non‑medical, complementary services.
Eligibility
18+ or guardian consent for minors.
Health and medical disclaimer
We do not diagnose or treat medical/mental‑health conditions. In emergencies, contact local emergency services.
Bookings and cancellations
See the Cancellation & Policies section. By booking, you accept those terms.
Packages and gift cards
Packages are pre‑paid, valid for [6] months from purchase, refundable within 14 days if unused. After first use, non‑refundable; remaining value may be transferred once by email request. Gift cards valid [12] months unless law requires otherwise.
Pricing and payment
Prices in NOK and may change without notice (not after you’ve booked). Payment is due at booking unless stated otherwise.
Conduct and comfort
We may refuse/stop a session to protect safety and boundaries; refunds at our discretion.
Intellectual property
All site content is owned by Laura White Beyond. Do not copy without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

Late arrivals
Sessions end at the scheduled time; late arrivals may be shortened and charged in full.
Sessions (Reiki and Reiki + Journey)

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel.

Late cancellations (<24h) or no‑shows may be charged up to 100% of the session price.

If you are ill or have an emergency, contact me as soon as possible; we’ll reschedule when appropriate.
Packages

Valid for 6 months from purchase unless stated otherwise.-

Refundable within 14 days if unused (see Right of Withdrawal).

After the first session is used, refunds aren’t offered; remaining value may be transferred once to another person by email request.
Sharing and processors

Cancellation by participant:

14+ days before start: full refund or full credit.

7–13 days before start: 50% refund or 100% credit.

<7 days before start or no‑show: no refund; you may transfer your spot to another person at no cost (email us their name and email at least 24 hours before start).

Transfers: One free transfer to a future date of the same event (if offered) when requested ≥7 days before start; otherwise standard cancellation terms apply.

Multi‑week courses: If you withdraw after the course begins, refunds are not offered; at our discretion we may provide a prorated credit for missed sessions if due to illness/emergency.

Minimum enrollment: We may reschedule or cancel if minimum enrollment isn’t met. You’ll receive a full refund or credit and the option to move to a new date.

Organizer cancellation/postponement (including instructor illness, venue issues, or force majeure): You’ll receive a full refund or credit; we’re not responsible for travel/accommodation costs.

Materials and recordings: Access provided as part of a course is for personal use and non‑refundable once delivered.
Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)

If you purchase online as a consumer in Norway/EEA, you may have a 14‑day right of withdrawal.

If you ask us to begin the service within 14 days, you consent to losing the right of withdrawal once the service is fully delivered, and you may be charged proportionally for any part delivered.

Note: For events/workshops/courses with a specific date or period, the right of withdrawal may not apply under Norwegian consumer rules.
Gift cards
Valid for 12 months unless required otherwise by law. Non‑refundable after use/expiry.
Health and safety

This work is complementary and not a substitute for medical or mental‑health care.

Touch, sound, and pace are tailored to your comfort; you can pause or stop anytime.

If pregnant, immunocompromised, or in treatment, please share so we can adapt.
Minors
Sessions for minors only with guardian consent and presence if appropriate.
