What to Expect

Common sensations, aftercare, and when to reach out

During a session
  • Warmth, tingling, waves of calm, a spacious breath

  • Deep relaxation; some people doze

  • Gentle emotions or imagery may arise (all responses are welcome)

After a session (normal responses)
  • Better sleep, softer anxiety, steadier mood

  • Temporary fatigue or lightness as your system integrates

  • Occasional emotional release; drink water and rest

Simple aftercare (24–48 hours)
  • Hydrate; warm tea helps, as does a small snack (like some dark chocolate for extra grounding)

  • Light movement or a slow walk

  • One grounding practice (hand on chest/belly, 5 soft breaths)

  • Keep the rest of the day simple when you can

Pregnancy, recovery, and end‑of‑life
  • Sessions are tailored to energy level and comfort

  • Sound can be minimal or silent

  • A caregiver or loved one may be present if supportive

When to contact me
  • If you feel unsettled for more than 48 hours

  • If you want adjustments to touch, sound, or pacing next time

Emergencies and medical care
  • This work is complementary and not a substitute for medical or mental‑health treatment

  • In urgent situations, contact emergency services in your area.
