We’ll clarify your focus (sleep, pregnancy/postpartum, recovery from illness, life transitions, grief, or end‑of‑life care), answer questions about Reiki and the Reiki + gentle journey combo, and map simple next steps. No pressure to book. What we’ll cover (as time allows) - Your intention and current support - Which format fits best (Reiki or Combo) - Session pacing (touch, sound, positioning, remote options) - Packages and scheduling Format: Zoom or phone. If you prefer, a caregiver or loved one may join. This conversation is complementary and not medical advice.
