Scope of practice

I provide non-dogmatic Reiki and gentle, sound + shamanic journey sessions as complementary support for promoting harmony and balance.
I do not diagnose conditions, prescribe, or replace medical or mental‑health care.
I collaborate with your existing care when helpful and will refer out when appropriate.

Consent, touch, and sound

You choose hands‑on light touch or hands‑off; we can change at any time.
You may pause or stop a session for any reason.
For journey work, sound (drum/singing bowl) is optional and volume is tailored to you.

Inclusivity and respect

All are welcome. I offer a trauma‑sensitive, LGBTQIA+ inclusive space.
Your beliefs and preferences are respected; practices are adapted accordingly.

Confidentiality

What you share in sessions is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or for safety.
Email and messages are used for scheduling and support only.

Safety and referrals

If something is beyond my scope, I’ll suggest medical, psychological, or community resources.
Minors: sessions only with guardian consent and presence if appropriate.
