About the event
A gentle launching pad for the start of the week.
This weekly mindful Hatha practice is an invitation to slow the spin of the mind and come home to the body — one breath, one shape, one pause at a time. We move deliberately and with care, weaving together classical Hatha postures, conscious breathing, and moments of stillness that let the nervous system exhale a long, grateful sigh.
This class is for stressed humans. For busy minds, tender bodies, and hearts that need a place to rest. For those who want to reconnect without pressure, performance, or spiritual acrobatics. No prior yoga experience is needed — just a willingness to show up as you are.
There is no long-term commitment required. Come once when life feels loud, or return week by week to build a steady rhythm of presence and ease.
